The building is conceived as a contemporary monolith shaped through light, void, and carefully carved geometries, where the triangular windows become integral architectural cuts within the Brutalist-inspired mass. Rather than functioning as conventional openings, these angular apertures frame selective views of the Mediterranean sky and city while capturing the shifting Greek sunlight, allowing reflective materials across the façade to produce subtle iridescent effects throughout the day. Inspired by the spatial logic of 1980s courtyard typologies, the project organizes circulation around central open voids on every level, creating naturally ventilated gathering spaces for informal meetings and exterior lunch breaks. The contrast between the rigid corporate form and the sculptural triangular incisions introduces a dynamic dialogue between permanence and lightness, solidity and transparency. At ground level, a flexible public base anchors the building within the urban fabric, designed to evolve between retail and communal office functions according to future needs, reinforcing the project’s vision of adaptable Mediterranean workplace architecture.
